The permanent magnet variable frequency centrifugal blower adopts a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which is directly coupled to the impeller for driving, eliminating the gearbox and completely eliminating transmission losses; the insulation grade is H, and the maximum high temperature resistance can reach 180°C. It adopts a three-dimensional flow backward curved impeller design, with a wide range of operating conditions, a variable efficiency of up to 95%, a light impeller weight, and a small moment of inertia. The impeller has undergone a 115% over-speed test to ensure safe operation during the life cycle. It can realize variable frequency intelligent control, and realize local and remote control. It adopts high-speed ceramic ball bearings, which have higher speed and longer life, and can operate stably under high-temperature grease and high-speed conditions. The bearings use high-temperature sealing materials, no grease leakage, and the whole machine is completely oil-free. The unique contact angle design realizes stable operation with large load capacity.
