The air source heat pump heating system consists of an air source main unit placed outdoors, a floor heating terminal (or radiator, fan coil) installed indoors, and an intelligent controller. When the system is running, the air source heat pump collects energy from the outdoor air to heat the low-temperature hot water required for floor heating, and then sends it to the indoor low-temperature radiation heating system through a circulating water pump to evenly heat the indoor floor to achieve the purpose of heating. Heat pump heating does not have any emissions and is an environmentally friendly product. The COP value can reach up to 3.66, which is significantly energy-saving compared to direct electric floor heating.
Air Side Heat Exchanger
Using internal adaptive distribution, more uniform distribution, delay frosting.
Fan, Motor
Adopt large air volume, low noise fan and large torque, high efficiency motor, high efficiency and low noise.
Water Side Heat Exchanger
The use of casing/shell and tube heat exchangers, high efficiency, reduce the risk of freezing in single system operation.
Economizer
The economical undercooling design is adopted to increase the heating capacity and expand the operating range.
Electronic Expansion Valve
Famous components, quality assurance; At the same time, the electric control box is set on the front side, which is safe, fast and easy to maintain.
High Efficiency Compressor
Liquid jet cooling /EP jet enthalpy increasing compressor, low temperature heating power.
Fluid Reservoir
Large capacity liquid storage tank is used to ensure more reliable operation of the system.
The cloud platform can record and provide the operating status and operating parameters of the wind turbines bound to the platform, as well as perform fault alarm and data recording analysis. Users can log in to the platform to realize remote monitoring and energy-saving settings management, enabling users to realize real-time equipment management. At present, the IoT cloud platform provides ANDRIOD, IOS, and PC clients, and open interfaces to link with third-party software such as ERP, providing users with more possibilities.
